Nawal is a PhD Candidate in Clinical Neuropsychology. She has completed an M.A. in Neuropsychology and a B.Sc. in Behavior, Cognition, and Neuroscience. Her research focuses on advancing standardization of psychological tests and providing equitable mental health services to minorities, specifically the South Asian community. She has a strong interest in psychoeducation and knowledge dissemination to the general public which she does through her Instagram blog and article contributions.
